carrington family pond, pad & driveway

the carrington family had 4 acres of raw, undeveloped land. they needed the land to be cleared, they requested a pond, because they had to have 6’ of dirt for their house and shop pad. it was more cost efficent to dig a pond versus haul in dirt.

site pro construction started with clearing and burning the trees. then we cut all the organic material off the house pad, shop pad & where the pond was to be excavated. we then excavated, hauled, spread & compacted 7,000 cubic yards of select fill. we hauled gravel for the building process- we intend to finish the driveway with limestone post construction of their home.
