primrose school baton rouge, la

primrose is an established school out of georgia, starting their chapter in baton rouge, la. they contacted site pro construction to assure that their foundation was correctly established. we provided these services to not only ensure a strong base structure, but also to implement proper drainage.

we had to cut 5’ of organic material, haul it offsite, and replace with 7’ of select fill. we installed 12 catch basins to properly drain the entire site. excavated the retention pond & tied the overflow into city storm drainage. next we had to cut 8'“ of lime treatment in all parking areas. lastly we came back on site to do a final grading to be sure that the site had positive drainage.
